Thanks to a new partnership with Photocon 23 we welcome you to the new GP72! What was once the SW48 has rebranded from a 48 hour film challenge to a 72 hour film challenge! Same rules and same format BUT an extra day to make movie magic!
During your 72 hour film challenge, all teams will receive a video letting each team know which prop, phrase and which two genres that MUST appear in their short film. At that time the action begins! Writing, acting, recording, directing and editing in order to meet all requirements AND narrow it down to meet the 6 to 10 minute time frame. Finally before the clock ticks down to the final 72nd hour, submitting your film! After that time, your short film is turned over to the judges as they watch each one and decide the best of the best. All groups and the public are invited to The Embassy Suits Hotel in OKC on NW Expressway to join us at the festival for a live screening of the TOP 6 films that were submitted. Then we will see which teams take home the top awards!
Your group gets to pick the 72 hours of filming but they must be consecutive 72 hours!
