How do I book?
Choose a service and complete the booking inquiry. Your project details are saved directly, and you will see an on-screen confirmation. Cason will follow up about availability, scope, and pricing. General project inquiries do not reserve a date. Christmas mini sessions are reserved immediately when you submit the dedicated Christmas booking form.
Can I see an exact price before committing?
Family and individual photography starts at $325/hour. Player highlight videos start at $375 for one hour of filming and one edited highlight. Team media days start at $650 for one hour of photos or $1,000 for one hour of photo + video. Other video projects are quoted by scope. Compare category packages for their included coverage and starting price. Your written quote confirms the final deliverables, extras, and total before you commit.
What will I receive?
Your package is scoped to your needs. The written quote confirms coverage time, edited photo quantities or video lengths, delivery formats, and any agreed extras.
How soon will my content arrive?
Christmas mini photos are delivered within 72 hours after your session. For other projects: Include your delivery deadline in the inquiry. The delivery schedule is agreed before booking; ask about rush delivery if your timeline is tight.
Do you travel?
Rose Rock serves the Oklahoma City metro and is available statewide. Include the venue or city so travel requirements can be included in your quote.
Can I combine photography and video?
Yes. Choose Photo + video in your inquiry and describe where you plan to use the content, such as social media, print, a website, or a big board.
What about payment, cancellation, or weather?
For Christmas minis, payment is due at the shoot by Cash App, Venmo, cash, or check. No refunds; a reshoot may be offered at Cason’s discretion. Sessions include up to 7 people, with the location arranged upon booking. For other projects: Ask for the payment schedule, reservation requirements, cancellation terms, and weather plan with your quote. Review the terms for your specific project before confirming.
What should I prepare?
Share your goal, preferred date, location, participant count, and must-have shots. For teams, include the sport and schedule. For video, include intended screen formats and any delivery deadline.
