Project inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, Rose Rock Productions stores the contact and project details you provide so Cason can respond, prepare a quote, and discuss booking. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Access and service providers

Inquiries are available in an owner-restricted inbox. Website hosting and storage providers process the information needed to operate this service. If email notifications are connected, the delivery provider will also process inquiry information.

Site activity

We measure page views, booking starts, successful inquiries, Christmas reservations and cancellations, video plays, and clicks on phone and email links. A random identifier in browser-tab session storage helps estimate visits and connect an inquiry or reservation to the page, campaign, and traffic source that led to it. It is not a cross-site identifier and is counted separately each Central Time day. We store page paths and campaign labels rather than full browsing URLs. Analytics event records do not contain your name or email; source and visit information may also be attached to the inquiry you submit. We do not collect payment through this website, and booked package value is not a payment record. Basic request information is also used to limit submission abuse; hosting providers may maintain operational logs.
